Qatar men's tennis team head to Belgium

The Qatari men's tennis team will fly to Belgium on Thursday to participate in two futures tournaments to be staged from June 17 to July 07, 2017.

The delegation of the Qatari team includes Mousa Shanan, Mubarak Shanan, Jabor Al Motawa in addition to the team manager Mohammad Khangi and the coach Younis Al Aynoui.

The Qatari participation in these two tournaments comes in light of the preparations for the 2017 Davis Cup to be staged in Sri Lanka on July 17-23.

Mr. Khalid Al Khelaifi, Board Member of the Qatar Tennis, Squash and Badminton Federation (QTSBF) and Head of National Teams Committee said "The participation of our men's national team in the two futures tournament to be staged in Belgium comes as a part of the training program developed by the federation to prepare the national team for Davis Cup"

Al Khelaifi wish the national team players to benefit from the two futures tournaments.

It is worth mentioning that the Qatari men's tennis team will head to Sri Lanka on July 09 to hold a 10-day training camp before Davis Cup competitions.
